IR35
We are specialists in IR35. Having worked with the legislation since 2007 we have seen many different versions of it. It is a constantly changing horizon. It shouldn’t be feared, just understood and worked with to maximise your return. We advise some of the biggest companies in the world on their IR35 practices and procedures and encourage an open-minded approach to the use of Ltd company contractors. Afterall the inland revenue themselves still expect 70% of assignments to fall outside of IR35! Whether you work inside or outside, the options are still plentiful, we see engineers make the decision to go contract all the time.
